Our client, RNHB, provides loans to both private and business customers. These loans help finance the purchase and refinancing of real estate, primarily focused on the rental market. The challenge for RNHB? Going live with a major software upgrade from their supplier three times a year. This must be done without operational issues and with minimal resources. Therefore, the testing process needs to be optimized, and the required knowledge must be sustainably secured within the IT organization.

Our Approach
To gain insight into the current situation and identify the most valuable improvement points, we conduct a quick scan. The result is a clear testing framework, a regression plan, and a plan of action. During each release, we analyze the release notes, assess the impact of the changes, and advise on executing additional tests. Our consultants thoroughly test, communicate the results, and follow up on any findings. Once RNHB is satisfied with the test results, we implement the new version. If there are requests to strengthen our collaboration, we discuss them to further enhance customer satisfaction.
